Ted Abrudan is the owner and Administrator of Astoria Retirement Residences at Eastbluff. Mr. Abrudan has over 10 years of experience in the assisted living industry, with the first assisted living residential facility opened in 1998.
Oana Abrudan is the owner of Astoria Retirement Residences at Dover Shores. She received her B.S. in Business from Chapman University and MBA from Pepperdine University. She has been in the family business of residential care since 1998 and serves as an Administrator and Marketing Director.
